A Swim at Kåsjön

The weather was pretty warm yesterday and we have decided make a picnic trip to Kåsjö. The word "sjö" means lake in Swedish and it was named after the man Kåre who lived there with his family in the 16th century. Hence the name "The Kåre's Lake".
The lake has been one of our favorite lake for swimming during the summer and occasional strolls during spring and autumn, due to its picturesque view of the lake surrounded by nature. Sometimes you might bump into some wildlife like swans and deers. And the most important thing of all, it is just 15min drive away from where we lived in Gothenburg :)
Another pointer for those who dare...there is a spring board and a hopping platform of 3, 5, 7 meters at the side of the lake. It is really fun and gives an adrenaline rush during the jump. But please watch out for kids underneath before the jump!

Some pictures to share:
- Lunch time, we fried some noodles at home and brought it with us in a thermal cooker.

- And finally a drawing to describe the day :)
